About

Cosoft is a Norwegian firm based in Sandnes (org. number 988 726 990) and run by Christoffer Owe. It was established in 2005 with the main goal of providing a high-end genealogical application.

Christoffer has a MSc degree in physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (now called the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and have several years of experience in software development as well as in business intelligence (especially SAP BW) and project management.

Christoffer has been studying family history for 25 years. In 1998 he published an article on the Mowat-family in Norsk Slektshistorisk Tidsskrift, the only Norwegian genealogical periodical with scientific standards. Comments on that article and additional information are always very welcome.
